Our no-cost guidance means you will never receive a bill for our services. We do not work under a consulting agreement. Instead, we are reimbursed directly by the senior living communities we partner with.

We take our role as advocates seriously. Every community we recommend is carefully vetted, including ongoing reviews of state audits and compliance records, to ensure ethical operations and quality care. We also offer to accompany clients on community tours, helping families evaluate options based on medical requirements, budget, and lifestyle preferences.

Once a community has been selected, we assist with all required pre–move-in paperwork. We are well connected with trusted realtors, downsizers, and professional movers and can help coordinate these services as needed.

Our goal is to make the move-in process as seamless and stress-free as possible—for both the individual and their family.

Not everyone is ready to move right away—and that’s okay. We never use high-pressure sales tactics and always act in the best interest of our clients.

For individuals who wish to remain safely at home, we can connect families with Private Duty Home Care services. We are also highly knowledgeable about Veterans benefits and state assistance programs that may help offset the cost of care.
